Here are some of my favourite photographs from my latest shoot for the talented Scottish jeweller Jane Gowans.

A coastal landscape provided the most fitting backdrop for Jane’s nautical inspired designs. Kirsty of A Safe Mooring was once again responsible for the beautiful styling.  It may look like a warm summer day on the beach but believe me it wasn’t! It was great fun working on a project with Jane and the team once again.

Jane Gowans Autumn / Winter 2012

Here are some of my favourite images from my recent shoot for the talented Scottish jeweller Jane Gowans. Armed with just my camera and wellies, I had so much fun photographing Jane’s designs at the carefully selected rural locations and using only natural light. The oh so clever styling was the work of Kirsty of A Safe Mooring. She has posted some of my behind the scenes shots here.

Meet Lovely Pigeon & Friends

I love photographing work by designers and visual artists, so I was extremely excited when Fife Contemporary Art and Craft ask me to document their two Christmas Treat events back in December. Held in the studio of local jeweller Dot Sim and then designer-maker Lovely Pigeon, these events were certainly a treat to photograph! 

As well as showcasing the creative talents of the studio owners, each space was brimming with work by other local designers and artists including Mitchell & Black, Louise Wedderburn, Vanessa Bullick, Keiko Mukaide, Molly Bullick, Hilary Grant, Jane Gowans and Sharon Kirby.
